Secondly, the machining precision is strict: the bearing hole tolerance is controlled at IT5 grade (aperture error ≤0.012mm), and the fit clearance with the bearing outer ring is ≤0.005mm, ensuring no deflection during operation and vibration noise ≤65dB. Thirdly, the surface undergoes double anti-rust treatment of phosphating + painting, passing 72-hour salt spray test without rust, extending service life to over 8 years in humid, dusty and other industrial environments. In addition, the base mounting holes adopt countersunk design, compatible with M10-M20 bolt specifications, eliminating the need for additional adjustment during installation and greatly improving assembly efficiency.
